Back
Bourbon Pepper Ribs
Posted By: Jon Michael Jones

Ingredients

Baby back ribs smoked to your liking
1 bottle AO Med
1/2 C fresh OJ
1/2 bunch fresh cilantro – chopped
1/4 C bourbon

Instructions

Prepare and cook your rack of ribs as per your normal means and methods (I’m not here to teach you how to smoke ribs, I’m just here to blow your mind on finishing them in sauce).

While the ribs are smoking, pour a bottle of AO Medium into a sauce pan. Add 3 ingred and simmer over medium heat for about 45 min, or until it has reduced down to original volume.

When the ribs have about 20-30 minutes left to cook, baste ribs with sauce, move over direct medium heat to caramelize sauce. Repeat a few times.

Thanks and ENJOY!!!!!
